Our History

Integrated Access Solutions, LLC, is a local family-owned and veteran-owned business that found its roots early in 2021. Chris founded the company after managing another business in the industry for the past 15 years. In those years, they have laid the foundation of trusted clients, partners, and business experience necessary to tackle your most significant needs. 

Rick joined the company as a managing partner in mid-2022 after a 25-year career in the defense contracting industry, starting as a technician, earning a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering, and wrapping up a 15-year career at Northrop Grumman as a Director of Manufacturing Operations for their Space Systems sector.
